This prayer can be used for raising the vibration of the planet or, in a slightly altered form, for healing relationships - for yourself or for others. EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)
The meridian system is the energy system of the body. It interfaces with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Therefore working with the meridian system can benefit all aspects of our being.
“The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”
By restoring balance to the energy system we create a healthy emotional state. EFT is simple, easy to learn and rapidly effective. Even emotional pain that people have had for decades disappears in minutes with EFT. It can be effective for Fears, Phobias and Anxiety,Traumatic Emotional Memories, Addiction, and Physical Pain
It’s hard to believe that simply by tapping on some acupuncture points you can dissolve even severe trauma; but here are some examples from clients I have treated:
Phobias –Spiders 10 min – Heights – 10 mins – Rats 10 mins
Grief associated with relationship break up – 10 minutes (by phone)
Childhood sexual abuse – 10 minutes
Rape – 15 minutes
Headaches/migraine - 5-10 minutes –sometimes they never reappear.
4 years of Vertigo – disappeared overnight after 10 minutes EFT
Emotional cause of suicide attempt – 5 minutes

EFT tapping points - and How to do EFT

1. Think of a problem, a pain, an anxiety or uncomfortable feeling.
2.Tap on each of the following acu-points 6-8 times:
Eyebrow/ Side of Eye/ Under Eye/ Under Nose/ Chin (under lower lip)/ Collarbone/ Under Arm/ Ribs
3. On either hand tap 6-8 times on:
Thumbnail/ 1st fingernail/ 2nd fingernail/ Pinky fingernail/ Karate chop point (side of hand).
4. Tap on the Gamut point continuously whilst, with your head still and facing forward:
Eyes open/ eyes closed/ eyes open/ look down to the left/ down to the right/ move eyes in a large circle clockwise/ then anticlockwise/ hum Happy Birthday/ Count 1,2,3,4,5/ hum Happy Birthday.
5. Repeat 2 and 3 - tapping acupoints from inside eyebrow through to karate chop point.
6. Relax and take a deep inhalation, and then a long exhalation.
7. Sit comfortably and notice any change in your level of distress
8. Repeat the process as often as you feel to.
The EFT Sequence
1. Name the problem clearly, directly and truthfully. Be specific
2. Rate the problem on a scale of 0 to 10.
3. The Set Up…. Whilst continuously tapping the Karate Chop point say the Set Up Statement:
“Even though I have / feel this problem (eg have a headache / feel anxious) I deeply and completely love, accept, appreciate, respect, honour and forgive myself”.
4. The Round Tap firmly 7-9 times on each of the meridian points (see picture) whilst repeating the Problem Statement (a shortened version of the Set Up phrase e.g. this headache / this anxiety) at each point: EB eyebrow, SE side of eye, UE under eye,
UN under nose, Ch chin, CB collar bone, UA under arm, L liver,
TH thumb, IF index finger, MF middle finger, LF little finger, KC karate chop
5. The 9 Gamut Procedure Continuously tap the Gamut point whilst performing the following sequence: Eyes open. Eyes closed. Eyes open. Look down left. Look down right. Roll eyes in a full circle clockwise then anti-clockwise. Hum a tune (eg. Happy Birthday) for 2 seconds. Count quickly 1 to 5. Hum a tune for 2 seconds.
6. Repeat the Round (see 4), tapping 7-9 times on each of the meridian points (EB to KC) whilst repeating the Problem Statement.
7. Take a deep breath in and all the way out.
8. Re-rate the problem from 0 to 10. If it is higher than 0 then repeat the Sequence from 2 to 8
9. Reinforce the change. Allow the person to notice any changes in body sensation – eg. feeling lighter, feeling space, or change in emotion eg calm/ peaceful.

The Power of Affirmations - and how to do them for maximum benefit.
Yogananda's Affirmation for Self-healing
I will with my own will,
which flows from the Divine Will,
to be healthy, to be well,
to be prosperous and spiritual,
to be well, to be well.
Yogananda's Affirmation Technique to create change at the Superconscious level -the most powerful level of mind. Make the affirmation loudly at first , then in a normal speaking voice, then whispered, then mentally and finally silently with the attention at the spiritual eye.
For maximum benefit do the affirmation for AT LEAST 10 minutes. Then repeat out loud, or mentally as often as you can throughout the day.
